- Bedrooms: 5 (Ocean Suite, Master Suite, Veranda Suite and Waterfall Suite with king beds;
  Garden Suite with two queens). Bathrooms: 5 full + 2 half.
- Staff: butler and house manager, chef, two housekeepers, landscaping and amenities.
  Three meals a day prepared at the villa; groceries charged at cost.
- Outdoors: pools on two levels with sun decks, garden waterfall, outdoor dining terraces,
  outdoor bar, covered poolside lounge, sea views. Golf carts included with every stay.
- Tryall Club access (club fees apply): 18-hole championship golf course, private beach club,
  tennis and pickleball, Livity Spa, restaurants.
- Wellness retreats: groups of up to 12 can take the whole house; a preferred retreat host is
  available, other hosts welcome.
